Is there a free trial?
No. You can sign up and explore a read-only demo project before subscribing. Your first snapshot on your own project requires an active subscription.
What's the difference between Entry and Pro?
Entry is built for one brand with a focused model set and no recommendations engine. Pro adds more projects, all active models, higher question limits, and the recommendations engine.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or change billing period from your account; Stripe Customer Portal handles payment method and cancellation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards and other methods enabled in Stripe Checkout for your region.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access through the end of your billing period. Scheduled snapshots and paid features stop when the subscription ends.
