Which AI models do you support?
Free Scan uses 3 models: one each from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. On paid plans you choose from our current list: up to 3 models per workspace on Starter and up to 4 on Growth. The app shows the current choices.
How are questions and action analyses counted?
Question limits apply to your whole organization. On Growth, the 100 questions are shared across your 3 workspaces. Each action analysis turns your results into recommendations. Starter includes 1 analysis per month. Growth includes up to 4 per workspace each month, with a maximum of 12.
Can I check my own brand for free?
Yes. Free Scan checks 10 questions across 3 AI models and includes 1 action analysis. You can review and share the results for 7 days. It's a one-time scan. For daily monitoring, choose Starter or Growth.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter is for one brand: 1 workspace, 25 active questions, up to 3 models and 3 team members. Growth is for several brands or clients: 3 workspaces, 100 shared questions, up to 4 models per workspace and 10 team members. Growth also adds more action analyses and advanced sharing. Both check daily and include CSV export.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing costs the same as 10 monthly payments. Your monthly allowances stay the same, for example 1 action analysis each month on Starter.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars and don't include tax. We calculate tax at checkout.
What happens after my Free Scan?
You can review and share your results for 7 days. After that, we may delete your Free Scan data. To keep tracking, choose Starter or Growth.
Is there a free plan?
No. Free Scan is a one-time check. For ongoing tracking, choose Starter or Growth.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Your account is paused until you choose a plan and pay. We keep your data, and it's all there when you renew. Shared report links stop working while your account is paused and work again after you pay.
